Tater Tot Recipe

Here is a really good Tater Tot Recipe. I first heard about this from the Duggars and decided to try a recipe. This is a really good one and if you like tater tots at al you’re going to like this. Enjoy!

1 pound ground beef /chuck

1 large onion, chopped fine

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 (32 ounce) package tater tots

1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken/mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 1/3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onions. Drain fat, season with salt and pepper.
3.Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Arrange tater tots evenly over beef. In a bowl, stir the soup and milk until smooth; pour over tater tot and beef layers. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
4.Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, until brown.
